These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to DMV registration services, auto insurance, Live Scan fingerprinting, notary services, and tax preparation.

    2. Description of Services

    NITRA Agency provides the following services: • DMV Partner Services: Vehicle registration renewals, title transfers, duplicate titles, sticker replacement, and related DMV paperwork processing. • Auto Insurance: Insurance quotes, policy procurement, SR-22 filings, and insurance-related services. • Live Scan Fingerprinting: Electronic fingerprinting services for background checks as required by various agencies and employers. • Notary Services: Notarization of documents as permitted under California law. • Tax Preparation: Individual and business tax preparation and filing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

    3. User Responsibilities

    When using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Not impersonate any person or entity • Cooperate with our staff and provide necessary documentation in a timely manner • Pay all applicable fees for services rendered You acknowledge that providing false information may result in denial of services and potential legal consequences.

    4. Fees and Payment

    Service Fees: All fees for our services will be disclosed prior to service commencement. Fees may vary based on the complexity of the service and any applicable government fees. Government Fees: In addition to our service fees, you are responsible for all applicable government fees (DMV fees, DOJ fees, etc.). These fees are set by the respective government agencies and are subject to change. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Refund Policy: Service fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered. For incomplete services, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

    5. Limitations of Liability

    No Warranty: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, NITRA Agency shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use our services • Government agency decisions or processing times • Third-party actions or services • Errors resulting from information provided by you Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    6. DMV Partner Disclosure

    Important Notice: NITRA Agency is a private business that is NOT the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). We are an authorized DMV partner providing registration services for your convenience. Alternative Options: All services we provide can also be obtained directly from the California DMV at no additional service fee. You are not required to use our services. Service Fees: Our fees are in addition to any government fees charged by the DMV. We provide convenience, faster processing, and personalized assistance.

    7. Dispute Resolution

    Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Small Claims Court: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claims qualify for such court.

    8. Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

    9. SMS & Text Messaging

    By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from NITRA Agency Inc., you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages to the phone number you provided. Types of Messages You may receive the following types of text messages: • Appointment reminders and confirmations • Service status updates and alerts • Account notifications • Order and transaction alerts • Important notices regarding your services Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service requests. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your interactions with our services. Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to all text messages sent to or received from us. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your messaging plan. Opt-Out Instructions You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscription with a final message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from NITRA Agency Inc. unless you opt in again. Program Terms By opting in, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these SMS terms as part of our Terms of Service. Consent to SMS marketing is not a condition of purchase or service.

    10. Privacy, Security & Accessibility

    We maintain privacy and accessibility practices designed to support California consumers and users with disabilities. Privacy Choices We do not sell personal information. We do not use cross-context behavioral advertising on this website. Optional analytics is disabled unless you allow it, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing. Security Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents, payment card numbers, or fingerprint records through website chat or unencrypted email.
